Pearl Farm Beach Resort and Isla Malipano are easily accessible via Davao International Airport, with direct local and international flights.
Upon arrival, a short land transfer brings you to the Pearl Farm Marina, where our team will assist with check-in and luggage handling. The Marina features convenient parking for those coming by land, a coffee shop, and a private lounge for Isla Malipano guests.
For Isla Malipano guests, the journey is entirely yours, with private speedboat transfers at your convenience, reaching the island in just 20 to 25 minutes.
Regular boat transfers to Pearl Farm operate daily, with a travel time of approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
Your arrival experience includes seamless check-in, attentive luggage handling, smooth sea crossings, and refreshing welcome drinks upon arrival.
Marina
Recently renovated, our Marina in Davao City is the gateway to the Pearl Farm experience.
Guests are welcomed in a comfortable and efficient setting with dedicated check-in counters and a coffee shop serving light meals and refreshments while waiting for their transfer.
